Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want your Dachshund Christmas Advent Calendar to bring a smile every day of December. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all 24 figurines included.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to Start a Return
- Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving those instructions. We recommend using a tracked service.
Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Unless your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility and original shipping charges (such as Express shipping) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
